We run weekly thumbnail challenges where designers submit thumbnails based on a provided brief. Each challenge gets 50+ submissions, and we’ve already completed 35+ rounds so far. Check out previous winners.
How it works
As a sponsor, you’ll provide a real brief and assets based on your actual video. It can be a brief for an upcoming video, or if you just want to repackage an old video. Designers will create thumbnails for it, and you’ll receive 50+ unique submissions to review.
From there, you (or we together) will select the top 5 winners, each receiving equal prize money. If you want to use a design outside the top 5, you can arrange additional payment directly with that designer.

This setup ensures designers are rewarded fairly while giving you access to a wide pool of creative talent. It’s a win–win: you get quality designs and exposure to new talent, while designers get paid, gain experience, and increase their visibility.
Note: Sponsoring a challenge includes a 199€ admin fee, which covers running the challenge and handling everything involved in the process. The sponsor provides the prize pool and pays the 5 winners directly after the challenge.
