I don’t guarantee a certain number or quality of applicants. Every designer decides for themselves whether they want to apply. What I can guarantee is that your post will be visible to the community, and designers who are looking for work will see it. Setting a fair budget usually helps attract more skilled designers.
🚨 Advice for designers
If you already have a portfolio, avoid making free “test” designs. Your work should speak for itself. Clients asking for unpaid tests are often red flags.
But if you’re just starting out, taking small opportunities (even unpaid) can help you build pieces to showcase in your portfolio. Over time, try to stick to paid (!) projects & test thumbnails so you’re not giving your work away for free.
